Don't go to this place ! We changed our shockies there and also wanted to do our road safety inspection. We are pretty sure that these guys cutted a hole in a steering rack with a knife because there wasn't any hole before . To funny that the mechanic mentioned it to me afterwards when he showed me the "issues" the car had. He mentioned things on the inspection which aren't important for the road safety because we later did the inspection in Broome again without any problems ..
Very very bad experience. Spent 500 dollars + 5 unneeded days in Kununurra for nothing. Had to sell the car after all
Asked $200 for an oil change saying that it takes at least an hour. Really rude people at the reception. Stay away from this place, complete rip off.
very bad experience ! we came for an alternator to change at 9.am they said 1h30 ou 2h max to change. we didn t eat, but they can take a break to eat ! now we still waiting after 2h30 of "work" just one guy on our car and they said : oh 1h more to put the new one ! moreover the women give the bill and then said we have to pay the break of the guy ! 100$ more ! we said that we don t want to pay this and she became very agressive she dropped the bill etc... don t go to this garage !!!
We just had finished the Gibb river and let the car to auto tow for an inspection. How surprised we have been when we saw the result of the inspection !! The guy invented 4-5 problems for the car that didn't exist and have been already fixed one month ago ! The estimate was for 700$ including hours (4 at 100$). We went to an other mechanic who make the check in front of us and told us that nothing was wrong with the car. Becarful with that garage it take advantage of people !!! Never again !
