Food is horrible and very over priced. I stayed here for 4 nights and could not finish any meal. The person I travelled with felt exactly the same .
Have had a few stays here now and find the rooms are always to a high standard.
Reception was welcoming room was nice and comfortable and the restaurant food was great. Didn't get to go in the pool but looked inviting.
Went to have dinner last night. Stood there while Head waiter/ Restaurant manager ignored me for about 10 min. Finally please young attendant acknowledged me. Manager cam over and as much as abused me and treated me like a fool. He asked for my name but was so distracted he forgot to listen. Asked in the most terse fashion if I had a booking as if I had no right to be there. I did in fact have a booking.He was rude impolite and angry and did not apologies but virtually blamed me for his poor performance.I think he needs to learn about customer service. Food was good, waitress was good, manager would be better on some other job as incapable of handling stress without off loading it onto customers.
The best place to stay in town. Good breakfast and dinner. Clean pool and well maintained around the resort. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are always friendly and willing to help when they can.
