We got an next day appointment for my partners infected tooth..prompt friendly service. The cost was very reasonable. We are very grateful and are now able to happily resume our holiday. :-)
I experienced very disappointing and dishonest business practices at this clinic. I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned and was quoted $120 on the phone. When I sat down in the chair the dentist said, "So you're just in for a check up?" I responded, "Yes I'd like to have my teeth cleaned because it has been nearly a year since I've had a cleaning." Twenty minutes later, the appointment was already over and the receptionist said I owed $190.00 for a cleaning and a dental exam. At no point was I ever informed that a "check-up" meant a full examination rather than just a cleaning which I had explicitly requested when I made the appointment. Nor had they informed me of the drastic increase in the costs of services being provided. I really felt cheated by the staff and their lack of compassion regarding their poor communication. I will not be returning to this clinic and I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency.
